The business provides business planning, programme management, governance, and delivery assurance to organisations navigating complex capital programmes — from local authorities and registered providers to developers and partnerships.
Work spans single-project delivery assurance through to multi-year capital strategy and programme oversight across the East of England and beyond.
This is grounded in professional credentials that carry weight in the sector: MBA, MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer, and CIHCM. It is experience earned over years of working inside the systems and structures that make regeneration happen — not advising from the sidelines.

As a qualified Mountain Leader and DofE Supervisor and Assessor, Enabling Place uses the outdoors as a vehicle for professional development — from lowland netwalks that bring built environment professionals together, through full-day immersive sessions, to mountaineering expeditions that test resilience and build trust in genuinely challenging environments.
